Local man gets five years for Illegal Manufacture of Drugs

• In the Court of Common Pleas of Morgan County, Nathan Ray Owens, Defendant, went before the Court on July 11, 2017, for sentencing. The defendant had previously entered a plea of guilty to and was found guilty of one count of Illegal Manu­facture of Drugs, a felony of the second degree.

Present in court were Prosecuting Attorney Mark J. Howdyshell, the defend­ant Nathan Ray Owens and his attorney Eric Fowler.
