Melvin O. Reed, 36, of Hope Way, Benton Harbor, 18 days in jail, credit for 18 days served, $1,578 in fines and costs and 1 year probation for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, second offense, April 30, in Benton Harbor. 

Brandon Dutton, 46, of Pine Lake Road, Niles, 1 day in jail, credit for 1 day served, $1,838 in fines and costs and 1 year and 6 months probation for deliver/manufacture of marijuana April 26, in Niles. 

John A. Robinson II, 32, of South Crystal Avenue, Benton Harbor, 1 year to 4 years in prison, and $198 in costs for delivery/manufacture of marijuana July 22, in Benton Township. 

Kwasi L. Roberts, 23, of Broadway Avenue, Benton Harbor, 1 year to 20 years in prison, credit for 90 days served, and $198 in fines and costs for delivery/manufacture of narcotics, less than 50 grams of cocaine, Jan. 9, in Berrien County.

Mayquon S. Morrison, 23, of Columbus Avenue, Benton Harbor, 60 days in jail, credit for 5 days served, $1,938 in fines and costs, 2 years probation, and completion of the Kalamazoo Probation Enhancement Program for delivery/manufacture of narcotics, less than 50 grams of cocaine May 5, in Sodus Township.

Corey M. Douglas, 42, of Broadway Avenue, Benton Harbor, 60 days in jail, credit for 3 days served, $1,938 in fines and costs, and 2 months probation for delivery/manufacture of narcotics, less than 50 grams of cocaine, and possession of a firearm by a felon May 18, in Benton Township.

Anthony D. Gillespie, 26, of East Vineyard Avenue, Benton Harbor, 1 year and 11 months to 20 years in prison, $198 in costs for delivery/manufacture of narcotics, less than 50 grams of cocaine, Sept. 7, in Benton Harbor. 

Antwan F. Peterson, 26, of McAllister Street, Benton Harbor, 3 years to 40 years in prison, credit for 223 days served, $198 in costs for delivery/manufacture of narcotics, less than 50 grams of cocaine, second offense, Feb. 1, in Benton Township.

Michael A. Williams Jr., 36, of South Bend, 2 days in jail, credit for 2 days served, $1,948 in fines and costs, 1 year and 6 months probation for delivery/manufacture of narcotics, less than 50 grams of cocaine, May 1, 2015, in Niles.

Drug house

Ashley N. Thompson, 30, of Jeaninine Court, Niles, 3 days in jail, credit for 3 days served, $1,458 in fines and costs for maintaining a drug house; and a concurrent term of 3 days in jail, credit for three days served, $20 in costs, and 40 hours of community service for food stamp fraud, less than $250, Oct. 28, 2014, in Niles.

Amber L. Harper, 33, Blue Creek Road, Benton Harbor, 1 day in jail, credit for 1 day served, $1,638 in fines and costs and 1 year and 6 months probation for maintaining a drug vehicle July 14, in Benton Harbor. 

Sidney G. Oles, 20, of West Glendora Road, Three Oaks, 150 days in jail, credit for 12 days served, $1,838 in fines and costs, 2 years probation, special alternative incarceration boot camp for possession of controlled substance, analogue, second offense, June 24, in Niles Township.

Emily M. Horvath, 37, of Browntown Road, of Baroda, 60 days in jail, credit for 1 day served, $1,838 in fines and costs, and 2 years probation for attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud from March 19-23, in St. Joseph.

David H. Millman, 21, of Haysville, Kan., 1 year and 2 months to 7 years in prison, and $198 in costs for deliver/manufacture of a controlled substance; and a concurrent term of 1 year to 2 years in prison, and $68 in costs for possession of a controlled substance, analogues, June 21, in Hagar Township. 

Mitchell H. Mierzejewski, 22, of 64th Avenue, Lawrence, 18 days in jail, credit for 18 days served, $1,798 in fines and costs, 2 years probation and 60 days on SCRAM for possession of a controlled substance, analogues, May 14, in Benton Harbor.
