Cumberland County Sentencing List for Nov. 14

The following people were sentenced on Nov. 14 in Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. All sentences include costs and run concurrently with other sentences unless otherwise specified. Probation is unsupervised unless indicated otherwise. Driving under the influence (DUI) offenses generate different mandatory-minimum sentences based on an offender’s prior convictions in the past 10 years.

Sentenced to State Correctional Institute

• Zachary Todd Roland: Ninety days to 5 years and $1,500 fine for DUI, second offense. (Ebert); Seventy-two hours to 6 months and $1,000 fine for DUI. (Ebert)

Mechanicsburg

• Curtis B. Archer: Five days to 6 months and $300 fine for DUI, second offense. (Ebert)

• Ashlyn Emilie Geedy: Thirteen days to 23 months, $300 fine ($100 to Drug Task Force) for unlawful delivery, manufacture, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I controlled substance-Heroin. (Brewbaker)

• Angela Lorraine Greenwald: Thirteen days to 23 months and restitution of $50 for unlawful delivery, manufacture, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I controlled substance-Heroin. (Guido)

• Shane Matthew Reasner: Three days to 6 months and $1,000 fine for DUI; costs for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. (Ebert); Twenty-five days to 23 months and $50 fine for terroristic threats; 25 days to 23 months for simple assault. (Ebert)

• Jeremy Daniel Wilson: Five days to 6 months and $100 fine for recklessly endangering another person. (Placey)

Mount Holly Springs

• Marvetta L. Lander: Two to 23 months and restitution of $900 for unlawful delivery, manufacture, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I controlled substance-Lorazepam. (Guido)

New Cumberland

• Monica Lee Hand: One to 5 years and $2,500 fine for DUI. (Brewbaker)

• Kevin Henry Gettle: Ninety days to 5 years, $1,500 fine for DUI, second offense and $50 fine; one year probation, concurrent, for firearms not to be carried without a license. (Peck)

• Aidan Michael Burke: Thirty days to 6 months and $750 fine for DUI, high rate, second offense. (Placey)

• Gino Lucci Gargano: Seven to 23 months, 12 hours of community service and restitution of $229 for receiving stolen property. (Placey)

• Adam Kenneth Hawbecker: Five days to 6 months and $300 fien for DUI, second offense. (Peck); Seventy-two hours to 6 months and $1,000 fine for DUI. (Peck)

• Cody Bryan Thrush: Twelve months’ probation, $150 fine and restitution of $719 for agricultural vandalism. (Ebert)

• Alexus Marie Moore: Twelve months’ probation, $100 fine and restitutions of $1,130.45 and $500 for criminal conspiracy to criminal mischief. (Ebert)

• Ashlyn Emilie Geedy: Twelve months’ probation, $50 fine and restitution of $47.32 for forgery-utters forged writing. (Brewbaker)

• Shane Matthew Reasner: Two years’ probation and restitution of $900 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition. (Ebert)

• Jeremy Nathaniel Steele: Two years’ probation, restitution of $1 and 48 hours of community service for criminal conspiracy to theft by unlawful taking or disposition. (Placey)

• Jeremy Lee Dupy: Twenty-four months’ probation and 48 hours of community service for simple assault. (Placey)

• Gino Lucci Gargano: Twelve months’ probation, 12 hours of community service and restitutions of $250 and $1,350 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
