BATH, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - Five individuals are facing unlawful manufacture of meth charges after a drug bust in the Village of Bath.
34-year-old Joel Malloy, and 34-year-old Nichole Church, both of Westfield, Pa.; 32-year-old Christopher English, of Bath; 60-year-old Howard O'Dell, of Corning; and Megan O'Dell, of Savona were all charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, a class D felony, after a search warrant was executed at a residence on East Steuben St., in the Village of Bath.
All were remanded to the Steuben County jail on $5,000 cash bail, with the exception of English, who was remanded on $10,000 cash bail.
One Bath police officer was treated for exposure to hazardous chemicals and transported to Ira Davenport hospital, where he was later released.
