ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - Five suspects have been indicted for an Abilene drug bust that led to the seizure of crack/cocaine, heroin, prescription medication, marijuana, and nearly $5,000 in cash.
The drug bust targeted a home on the 700 block of Carver Street where a search warrant was executed on September 14, 2017. During a Grand Jury session Thursday, five suspects were indicted on the following charges as a result of the investigation:
- Camille Yvonne Simon - Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance to Wit: Cocaine in a Drug Free Zone, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance to Wit: Heroin in a Drug Free Zone, and Possession of Marijuana.
- Michelle Torres - Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance to Wit: Cocaine in a Drug Free Zone, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance to Wit: Heroin in a Drug Free Zone, and Possession of Marijuana.
- Joseph Ocon - Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance to Wit: Cocaine in a Drug Free Zone, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance to Wit: Heroin in a Drug Free Zone.
- Makeysha Isaac - Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance to Wit: Cocaine in a Drug Free Zone, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance to Wit: Heroin in a Drug Free Zone, and Possession of Marijuana.
- David Lewis - Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance to Wit: Cocaine in a Drug Free Zone, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance to Wit: Heroin in a Drug Free Zone, and Possession of Marijuana.
A press release from the Abilene Police Department states, "In all, 36 grams of crack cocaine, 2.62 grams of heroin, hydrocodone, promethazine/codeine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and $4,906 in cash were seized."
