
Agrawal visited the ICF on January 31 and interacted with the GM (in-charge) AK Singh, principal chief mechanical engineer Shubhranshu and other heads of departments. He went around the production facilities at both the Shell and Furnishing Divisions of the Factory, after viewing the Heritage Gallery and the Family Tree in the foyer area of the Shell Administrative Office. During the inspection, he praised the design of the second AC conditioned local, in which production is underway.
Later, while addressing a meeting, the Board member appreciated the innovations that ICF has brought in the railway's passenger coaches and expressed his happiness about the fact that the ICF would be manufacturing more than 3,200 coaches this production year (2018-19) as compared to 2,503 coaches last year.
