ISHPEMING, Mich. (WLUC) - The West End Health Foundation is partnering with RAMBA and the Start The Cycle bike group to bring something WEIRD to Ishpeming next month.

The WEIRD is scheduled for March 14 in Ishpeming (WLUC image).
The West End Indoor Race Day, better known as The WEIRD, consists of cyclists racing bikes mounted on trainers. The event will be held Saturday, March 14 at the Ishpeming Armory. Youth races are from 9:00-11:00 a.m. with adult races from 12:00-4:00 p.m.
It's $25 for youth to participate and $50 for adults.
All of the funds raised will return to the community through the continued work on or trails and getting at-risk kids involved in a healthier lifestyle through biking.
