Glass bottle manufacturer Ardagh Group, Glass – North America has agreed to manufacture premium spirits bottles for US distilled spirits supplier Heaven Hill Brands.
Heaven Hill Brands’ spirits portfolio includes Evan Williams Bourbon, Elijah Craig Bourbon, Deep Eddy Vodka, Burnett’s Vodka and Admiral Nelson’s Rum.
As part of a long-term agreement, Ardagh Group will produce the bottles ranging in sizes from 375ml to 1.75l in the US as per Heaven Hill’s requirements.
The custom design bottles will also feature “unique embossing and textures”.
Heaven Hill Brands president Max Shapira said: “Heaven Hill’s diverse family of brands are built upon legacy and an enduring commitment to quality to become iconic names within the industry.
“Through key partners who value innovation, we are able to nurture and develop storied brands for generations to come.”
Heaven Hill Brands leveraged Ardagh’s Vision4Glass approach, which allows customers to collaborate directly with a team of in-house designers in the earliest design phase.
Additionally, Ardagh’s Development Machine allows brand owners to create custom bottle designs and unveil products much faster.
Glass spirits bottles are 100% and endlessly recyclable.

Last month, Ardagh Group, Glass – North America agreed to produce all wine bottles for independent coastal grape growers Plata Wine Partners.
