Williston woman charged with intent to manufacture or deliver fentanyl, meth - Minot Daily News
Audra Dezzari Harris, 45, Williston, is charged in district court in Ward County with Class B felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver fentanyl, Class B felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine, and Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 28, 2021.
The case was not filed with the court until Jan. 27 and a warrant was not served on Harris until Tuesday. Harris was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charges on Tuesday before Judge Gary Lee.
