MAPNA subsidiaries ink deal to manufacture 300 freight wagons - Tehran Times

TEHRAN – Two of MAPNA Group’s subsidiaries, namely Wagon Pars and Mapna Multimodal Transportation Company (MMT), have signed a deal to cooperate in the construction of 300 freight wagons, the company’s portal reported.

Based on the deal, Wagon Pars is going to manufacture the mentioned wagons for the MMT which will provide the funding for the project.

As reported, MAPNA has obliged MMT to buy 1,000 freight wagons in order to improve its transportation fleet, and in this regard, the company had previously ordered and received 410 such wagons from Wagon Pars.
