Police investigate death at a manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Mo. - KY3

LEBANON, Mo. (KY3) - The Lebanon Police Department is investigating a death at the Detroit Tool and Metal Products/Ironform facility in Lebanon.

Emergency crews responded to the plant around 10:30 a.m. Medical personnel found a large coil of metal on top of the employee. The employee died at the scene.

Police say Detroit Tool and Metal Products/ Ironform staff is working closely with OSHA. Police have not released the name of the employee.
