Window manufacturing facility to close - WEAU

HAWKINS, Wis. (WEAU) - JELD-WEN announced today that it will be closing its manufacturing facilities in Vista, Calif., and Hawkins, Wis.

The Hawkins site manufactures wood windows and employs about 340 associates.

According to the news release from JELD-WEN, it will consolidate production from Hawkins into its manufacturing facility in Rantoul, Ill. It is also closing its Vista, Calif. manufacturing facility.

The company says it will address any updates about the closures during its quarterly earnings call on May 7.
