Shisha lovers in the country have received the ban on importation manufacture, advertising and sale of the commodity in the country with shock terming it ill advised.
His follows a gazette notice by Health Cabinet Secretary Dr Cleopa Mailu who banned Shisha smoking in the country with those found contravening the control of Shisha smoking rules liable to a fine not exceeding sh50, 000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
However a section of Kenyans say the ban was long overdue with other saying the ban should be extended to cigarette smoking.
