MEMBERS of the public are being invited to an event designed to help people make the most of the Tour de Yorkshire later this year.
The cycle race will be held between April 30 and May 3, taking in sites such as Ingleborough and the Ribblehead Viaduct.
And an ‘information roadshow’ is being held at Settle Victoria Hall between 6pm and 8pm on March 11 by North Yorkshire County Council, Welcome to Yorkshire and other partners.
The session will include information on the new route, becoming a ‘tour maker’ and taking part in the art and ‘best dressed’ competitions.
