Jason Ray Ellingson, 43, Leeds, and Doddi Ruth Erickson, 30, Minot, are each charged in district court in Ward County with Class B felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver fentanyl; Class B felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a Schedule I hallucinogenic substance; Class B felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine; Class C felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver marijuana; and Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
The offenses allegedly took place on Friday.
