Authorities arrest 13 more in latest roundup

BEAUFORT — The Carteret County Sheriff’s Office, Morehead City Police Department and Havelock Police Department have arrested 13 individuals during the 10^th round of “Operation Spotlight.”

The operation is a collaborative effort between the law enforcement agencies that target persons involved in the illegal sale and delivery of narcotics. As of Friday, a total of 136 individuals have been charged and 103 have been arrested.

The following were arrested in the 10^th round of the operation:

Harriette Carmen Borden, 32, Newport, $5,000 secured bond. One count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, selling and delivering a schedule III controlled substance, conspire to sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance while on the premises of a detention center.

Lisa Marie Frazier, 37, Havelock, $20,000 secured bond. One count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, selling or delivering cocaine, delivering cocaine, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance.

Danielle Aliyah Gaston, 23, Morehead City, $7,500 secured bond. One count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, selling cocaine, delivering cocaine, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, selling a schedule IV controlled substance and delivering schedule IV controlled substance.

Dequann Jerell Hall, 28, Morehead City, $7,500 secured bond. Four counts of selling or delivering marijuana and two counts of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana.

Andre Doran Jones, 50, Newport, $150,000 secured bond. Four counts of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, three counts each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana, selling marijuana, delivering marijuana, two counts each of manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for the use or sale of a controlled substance and one count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, selling a schedule II controlled substance, delivering a schedule II controlled substance and sex offender residence violation.

Elizabeth Ann Jones, 60, Newport, $25,000 secured bond. Two counts each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, selling methamphetamine, delivering methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance.

Sean Michael Jones, 23, Newport, $75,000 secured bond. Two counts each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule I controlled substance, selling a schedule I controlled substance, delivering a schedule I controlled substance, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, selling a schedule II controlled substance, delivering a schedule II controlled substance and one count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, altering or removing a gun’s serial number, possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor child abuse.

Brian Michael Malloy, 32, Newport, $1,000 secured bond. One count of conspiring to sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.

Eric Darnell Martin Jr., 29, Morehead City, $100,000 secured bond. Two counts each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, selling cocaine, delivering cocaine and one count of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park.

Jamie Elizabeth Mitchell, 34, Newport, $10,000 unsecured bond. One count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, selling a schedule II controlled substance, delivering a schedule II controlled substance and conspiring to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

James Murray, 24, Havelock, $20,000 secured bond. One count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, selling a schedule II controlled substance and delivering a schedule II controlled substance.

Tommy Ray Revere Jr., 49, Morehead City, $24,000 secured bond. Four counts of selling or delivering marijuana, two counts each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, selling or delivering cocaine, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana and one count each of selling cocaine, delivering cocaine and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park.

Jillian Paige Tetterton, 28, Newport, $10,000 secured bond. One count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine, selling methamphetamine, delivering methamphetamine, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance and selling or delivering a schedule II controlled substance.
