Foldex to manufacture Innotech finishing equipment

Innotech Graphic Equipment of New York and Foldex of Rhode Island have reached an exclusive agreement under which Foldex will manufacture, market, sell and service the Innotech product line to printers and OEMs in worldwide markets. With over 300 installations in 16 countries, Innotech has served the market with highly productive sheeters, sheeting and folding systems, pre-folders and other inline finishing equipment for the past 27 years. Foldex Corporation designs and produces custom folding systems for publication, commercial, book and special applications printing.

“Fixed or variable, pinned or pinless, since 1995 Foldex has supplied machines for some of the most demanding applications in print,” said the OEM. In combining the operations of both companies, Foldex will be offering greater choice and innovative solutions to printers for their needs for finishing equipment. This consolidation of operations will lead to greater efficiency, and provide continuity of service to Innotech customers.” Vinod Kapoor, President of Innotech, will continue to participate with Foldex to ensure a smooth transition and further development of the product line. Innotech will continue to supply spare parts to existing customers.
